The spa demanded a lighting approach that felt as restorative as the experience itself.

The lighting scheme was designed to create a seamless sense of calm from the moment guests arrive. Fixtures are discreetly concealed, allowing the warmth of the materials and the softness of the space to take precedence. Gentle, layered illumination replaces harsh overhead light, with warm tones chosen to flatter the natural finishes and create an environment that encourages relaxation and a sense of escape.

In the treatment rooms, lighting transitions from functional to deeply atmospheric - precise where needed, and deeply subdued where rest is the priority. With large windows drawing in natural light and reinforcing the resort's commitment to blending with the outside world, the artificial lighting was carefully balanced to complement and extend this connection throughout all hours of the day.

The result is a spa environment where light works quietly in the background - enhancing the sense of retreat, honouring the architecture, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling restored.
